Welcome to Xinneng Shipbuilding Co., Ltd! We are a subsidiary of Jining Energy Development Group, which achieved revenue of 12 billion USD in 2024 and is 100% owned by the Chinese government. Xinneng was founded in 2022 and is engaged in the design, engineering, and manufacturing of new energy ships. With a total investment of approximately 700 million USD, we aim to produce 400 river ships with capacities ranging from 1,000 to 5,000 DWT.
